Nausea and peri

Has anyone experienced regular nausea during their perimenopause?

I do have a long, long history of gut issues (IBS and functional dyspepsia) but since I hit the age of 45 (I am 51), I have been experiencing lots of nausea. I liken to the morning sickness I experienced in my pregnancies, it was so regular that I would carry a grapefruit everywhere with me because sniffing it was the only thing I could do to quell the queasiness.

I can only think that my out of whack hormones are causing my gastric upsets (my IBS and dyspepsia in general is just awful right now).

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi , I’m 51 next month and I’ve been suffering with horrible nausea . This is alongside general gut issues.

@Grownyourownway Hi! I know this thread is over a year old but did you find any relief for this in the past year or has it just gone on its own?
I'm 46 and been experiencing this for the last 6 months! Also a long history of indigestion and IBS!

HRT worked for me. I would get horrendous nausea which was especially bad during ovulation.
