Supply problem with Everol 50 Patches

I've been struggling to get these and the pharmacy said they were waiting to get them in, then today they told me they can't get them anymore, just the 50 ones, but the 25, 75, and 100 are still available.

they said I would need to go to the GPs to ask to get a different one. Has anyone else had problems with this?

No help to you I'm afraid but I can't get Evorel Conti 25 at the moment which is interesting.

I will be trying every pharmacy in a 25 mile radius of Plymouth tomorrow, although I hope I can do most of it by phone.

No I got some last week and it wasn’t mentioned to me at all. Hope you get it sorted. Would your GP be happy to prescribe 2x25s instead?

How odd. Just had a reply from GP practice saying they will prescribe me the same dose of another brand and send it to the pharmacy.

Estraderm MX 50 they are prescribing, anyone know of this?

Get the 100s and cut them in half, or the 25s and wear two.

I've just discovered the Boots Pharmacy stock checker www.boots.com/online/psc/ which might help you.

If you chop the 100s in half the cut corners can be quite uncomfortable (I speak from experience). I had to round off the square corners to solve the problem.

My prescription from GP does not have a brand on just 50 oestrogen patches so can get any brand without a prescription change. I have had esterderm before and they don’t stick as well as Everol otherwise they were ok. I always ask for Everol when I pick up prescription though x

@Desperatelyseekingreason everol Conti don’t come in 25 they only make them in 50.

They seem to be listed in 4 different strengths on online pharmacies which is confusing but I think mine are the 50s not the 25 in any case. It's not particularly clear from the packet.

Regardless, I am relieved to say that I found a Boots that had them by using their stock checker so all good now.

Everol Oestrogen only patches come in 4 strengths conti patch, which is a combined patch only come in 50 strength.

The estraderm ones fell off, so I have asked to swap to Estrogel, which seems fine.

Just had Evorel 50 delivered by pharmacy2u (online) absolutely fine

That's so strange wonder why my pharmacy can't get it? maybe it depends where you are in the country, perhaps? (I'm SW) Glad you can get it OK!

I'm quite happy with the Estrogel so I think I will stick with it for now.
