Hi I know this is an old thread and I hope you’ve had some luck. I had terrible joint pain - felt like an old woman and was so stiff & painful especially in the mornings, it was really upsetting and came on suddenly. I’ve been taking testosterone and it’s amazing. Also went on a low carb diet and started having cold showers. I feel mentally SOOO much better, but also the joint pain IS GONE. I felt so much better I was able to start regular swimming again and lost over a stone in weight.

It was difficult to get testosterone from my GP, she was v reluctant but I persisted after researching it. It says NOT FOR WOMEN on the packaging but seriously we all need testosterone - men and women, and if you’re running low it can really take a toll. I take one pump twice a week, so a v low dose, but it’s been incredible. Only side effect is hairy inner thighs… I’ll take that over feeling like I’m dying any day.

Very happy to hear that something has worked for you. The joint pain at night is really making it hard to sleep and I’m even more exhausted and achy in the mornings than I need to be.
This is a campaign issue really- where I live GP said they couldn’t prescribe testosterone end of story.
