I'm just wondering when is the best time to swap from sequi to conti ( estalis 50/250 patches),
I've been on the sequi for a couple of years, I'm now 56,
But just wondering, do I start the conti after the progesterone part of my current cycle or after the oestrogen part?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
