Surgical menopause. Should I increase my hrt dose?

I posted on here 3 weeks and you lovely ladies were so helpful. I had a hysterectomy 3 months ago and was left over 2 months without hrt. My symptoms were brutal. Thankfully I had my appointment and my gp has put me on gel and vagifem.
My eye sight deteriorated so much, that I saw an optician. He said my eyes were so dry. He could tell as he added an orange dye to my eyes. He said I blink and there is literally nothing there. I asked if it was menopause related and he said he wasn't sure. I also had high pressures and am being referred to Opthalmology.
I have been on gel for 3 weeks. 2 pumps daily and can increase to 3 pumps.
The skin issues and sore boobs have improved but my mood, anxiety and brain fog haven't. Should I increase to 3 pumps? I'm not sure if you can have too much estrogen.
Thank you xx

Oh you poor thing.

Yes, of course you can increase. The leaflet in your carton should say you can go up to 4 pumps.

Dry eyes are a symptom of loss of estrogen. Ironically, dry eyes sometimes water a lot which can be confusing.

Thank you. My vision became blurry very soon after my hysterectomy.
I will definitely increase 🙏 x
