Utrogestan question bleeding

I take the pessaries for 12 days of the month PV. This month I'm having a little bit of bleeding and cramps and I'm on about day 11 but I did miss one dose around day four. Would this have caused the bleeding? I only missed one night then have gone back to normal regime .

I’m having the same issue except I use the cyclogest pessaries .. my bleed is t due for eight days but I’ve started bleeding brown blood .. like you I missed one day but it shouldn’t affect it really .. have you missed days of the oestrogen therapy ?
