Sounds a stupid question but Dr told me I have arthritis in my knees but I'm sure It's menopause pain being 53
Periods all over the place tired all the time
Is there a difference between menopause pain and arthritis I have Googled but doesn't say a lot

No I wasn't offered any Dr just poked my knee and gave me exercises
I knelt on floor other day and felt as if my knee caps squashed had the odd pain for a few years but hurt it more after doing this

Collagen supports the joints and cushions them, against pressure.
As your estrogen levels fall, collagen falls as well.

It's important to keep moving as arthritic joints get worse with no exercise.
