Most of it's from bovine or fish sources.

There was a very long investigative programme on Radio 4 a while back on collagen supplements and the evidence they work is mixed, with some research showing collagen taken orally isn't absorbed.

I have one from Ancient and Brave, it's vegan. I like it 👌

I bought Vollagen off amazon. Vegan. Hard to tell if it helped because I also started sleeping better at the time but I do think there was a difference!
