Hair loss help, please

I'm 57, post menopausal by about 5 years, and my already thin and fine hair is thinning extremely quickly. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to slow this down and to get my hair to grow again?

Thank you.

Get a blood test and check thyroid and ferritin, issues with either can cause hair loss.

A hair supplement such as Lamberts Florisene, a hair supplement with all the things in to support hair growth.

Lastly hrt. Lack of oestrogen can also cause thinning hair.

I’m having the same problem with hair loss but mine is perimenopause related. Lost at least a third of my once thick nice hair. I had blood tests which showed I was very low in iron, low ferritin levels can cause hair loss so worth getting checked.
As well as iron tablets I started taking collagen supplements and making sure I was getting enough protein as I read this can help. I’m also using the pitta growth serum from Champo. Basically doing everything I can to treat it from every angle. Not sure if it’s one thing or the combo that’s working but I seem to have stopped shedding. No regrowth yet but guessing that will take longer.
Someone else might have better ideas, I’ll be watching as well.

some of the caffeine based shampoos can help - like Plantur.

And enough protein in your diet- they say 1gm per kilo of body weight, a day.
