Have I got this right? Hrt timings?

Newbie here, I’ve got the patches and Utrogestan.

i waited until my period and then started on the patches. I’m on day 10 now. I am thinking on day 14 I should start the Utrogestan for 14 days? The pack says 2 pills a day. I’ve read to take them in the evening a couple of hours after food? So I do that and keep up with my patches?

I’m finding all the timings a bit confusing in month 1 and am paranoid about getting it wrong!

Thanks!

I'm on a different progesterone, but yes that's exactly right (except mine are 12 not 14 days). I think taking them a while after food is because food increases the absorption, but to be honest sometimes my DC have late activities so I do occasionally take them not long after food and it's always been ok.

@SweatyRubble brilliant thanks! Bit nervous about the progesterone fortnight. The patch has been good so far but my sleep has gone to pot. Up at 5 every morning!
