Hi I wonder can anyone help me.. started HRT ( sequential) 6 weeks ago.. 3 pumps gel… tablets days 15-26.. first cycle no bleed.. symptoms continued so dr upped to the 3 pumps.. I’m taking the progesterone now and should do so until May 1st.. spot bleeding today.. so not sure do I start to count today as day 1 or do I wait until the 1st May and then start again the progesterone the 16th? Any advise would be so good!
