On hrt still night flushes

Morning ladies, I'm on 4 pumps daily of estrogen and 5mg daily of progestogen and I'm still getting period night sweats. I am just a bit scunnert x

Just wondered, do you split your dose throughout the day?

I was still getting night sweats , thought I needed to up my dose but was too much for me. I Started putting some gel on about 8pm and it seems to have stopped them. When I was putting it all on in the morning, it seemed to run out before bed time. I thought the dose covers the 24 hours but it doesn't appear to in my case.

@Londondreamer thanks for replying! I usually put my second dose on at 5 but I think it's too early as it's usually about 5am I'm a sweaty mess x

Are you on any anti depressants as well? I find these make me sweat in bed.

Fluoxetine made me sweat in bed - woke up feeling drenched every morning, however fine during the day. It is a listed side effect of AD'S but not everyone is affected.
