Constant illness since Christmas

Didn’t know where to post this but decided with here purely because of my age.
Anyone else struggling with staying healthy? I have picked up 3 colds since the new year, have had sinusitis (prone to it) and now am on antibiotics for a mild
chest infection. I have had about 6 weeks since the NY of feeling ‘well’. I turned 50 in January and it feels like since then it has been one thing after another. I’m peri menopausal and feel like my physical health is not what is was. We eat healthily, don’t drink a lot, don’t smoke, get out at the weekends walking - the only thing I don’t do as much of is exercise. Anyone else feel the same? Anyone changed something significantly in their life to counter act the constant illness? Please share what worked for you. Feeling pretty fed up and sorry for myself.

I’ve been in the same position since last autumn. I’ve had proper flu twice during that time, in bed for a week with a cough and a high temperature each time. I’ve also had two more minor viruses as well.
I don’t have any answers - just solidarity. I am fed up! I have a pretty healthy diet and lifestyle, so it is soul-destroying to be so unwell!

It’s so rubbish, isn’t it? I just want to take a pill that will make me feel like I did in my twenties!

Yes. I feel I have had a permanent virus since November.
