Got Evorel 50 and Utrogesten. Just got my period today so going to whack a patch on when I get home tonight or should I wait until tomorrow morning?

Any tips, I feel quite nervous!
Thanks.

That’s what I have and been on since last summer. Don’t feel nervous, if it isn’t right you can always try another regime. Just put your patch on and then take your utrog after 2 weeks for 12-14 days. Remember the date you started and start it on the same date each month. It can take upto 3 months to feel full benefits x

Give it a few months. Some women experience an instant improvement in their symptoms, others it takes a few months. And keep checking back here as there are lots of people happy to share advice and experience!
