I’ve just had investigations into prolonged bleeding including scan , bloods and biopsy .
I understand now that the prescription I had been on for 2 years (Conti and an extra oestrogen patch ) was likely the cause of it with no extra progesterone.
Results are still coming in but the specialist has written to the GP to say that my oestrogen absorption is low . I was asked to stop using the oestrogen only patch a month ago . It was recorded at estradiol 67.
He's asked them to move me to kliofem or livial .

Im starting to feel pushed around the system with no one explaining the rationale behind what’s happening. My sleep has deteriorated and night sweats and daily heat are creeping back in since the oestrogen patch was stopped .
I have been happy on HRT for about 5 years but am starting to feel uninformed - I feel like I’m having to work it all out for myself
