Could be from snoring?

Acid reflux during the night.

That sounds super weird.....but I have seen 'burning mouth' mentioned as a meno symptom from various sources.

Its just a barrel of fun, isnt it!?

I had acid reflux and would wake up regularly with a sore throat. I tried lansoprazole for a while but felt unwell on it, so jiggled with my diet and discovered it's much better when I eat gluten free.

I had burning tongue and soars in my mouth at 40 years old and had no idea why...also I had ahoarse voice for months, especially in the mornings and evenings...I just started two pumps daily of estradiol gel and it seems to already be helping the hoarse voice go way at night.
