Frizzy hair solutions

My hair has always been quite fine but in the last year or two it's become very frizzy and I wonder if it's to do with the menopause. Has anyone else experienced the same and found some good solutions? I tend not to use any hair products other than shampoo and conditioner but maybe it's time I did? I miss my smooth silky dark locks from my younger days.

I've always used serums or hair oil to tame my flyaway hair OP but since peri I've had a halo of broken frizz, I tried lots of things but the Colourwow Kale serum thingy was a game changer for me. Only works if you're relatively good at heat styling by all accounts, I have a Dyson hairdryer so I'm a bit handy with the styling element

Also investing in a really good moisturising shampoo and conditioner is essential. I use milkshake moisture surge and do an Aussie deep conditioner once a fortnight

I use milkshake leave in conditioner every day, even if I've not washed it.
