Still can't sleep despite hrt and magnesium

Hi any ideas ? Still can't sleep despite patches and progesterone tablets and magnesium ? Any ideas welcomed. As it's ruining my life ? I've tried breathing techniques etc

Try eating tryptophan inducing foods half hour before hitting the sack. A couple of eggs for example and you will be out like a light!

You shouldn't eat before bed,it's recommended by drs you don't eat at least 3 hours before. Your body will be busy digesting, not resting.

Someone recommended Twinings menopause tea to me and I tried it last night, it definitely helped so it's worth a try - can't do any harm!

I tried 2 Phenergan last night and slept well. I think probably in the past I was only having 1 so didn't get the full effect. Probably should have had them earlier though as I do feel a bit groggy, hopefully will wear off!
