I'm seeing this everywhere at the moment. Does anyone take this? Or is it just the next big gimmick?

I've just started taking it, too early to know if it's making any difference or not.

Am also interested in this. Few friends have recommended, but say the dose needs to be high to see a difference.

Would be grateful for any recommendations on brands to try/avoid!
