Hi, I’m currently on holiday and have been sunbathing for the past week with my patches on, totally oblivious to the fact that you’re not supposed to expose them to direct sun. yesterday after feeling fine all day I had a violent mood swing, had to leave the restaurant, go home and cry. I googled and saw that if exposes to heat the patches can dump all the medicine at once and cause instability. Has anyone else had this?
