Hi not sure if ok too post this or not
I think im going through perimenopause as periods very irregular now and am 48
Ive nioticed my hair is very greasy now after 2 days and is very limp.i feel like im not clean despite washing my hair so posting for any thoughts or ideas on any suggesrions for a good shampoo or anything i xan use too stop my hair looming like its not been washed for long time

Hair changes with the menopause so I recommend finding the washing cycle that your hair like try daily, and Google a shampoo for greasy hair?

if using conditioner- try just on the ends of your hair and not on scalp?

Do you shampoo twice? I do that and find it makes quite a difference (my hair is very thick, very course and only needs TLC every 3 days) and my hair just feels better for it.
