Perimenopause, thyroid issues and nexplanon

I’m 41 and am experiencing some brain fog, joint aches and pains, ringing in my ears, stress incontinence and low energy and feeling flat.

I have Graves’ disease which affects the thyroid and some thyroid and perimenopause symptoms are very similar. My Graves’ disease is currently under control, so I’m unsure if my symptoms could be down to the Graves’ disease or perimenopause.

To complicate things further, I have the nexplanon contraceptive implant

Does anyone have any recommendations as to what I should do next please? I wasn’t sure if the contraceptive implant should be removed
