Utrogestan dose?

I'm 60 & currently on 2 pumps of Oestroge & 1 tablet of Utrogestan, but with constant anxiety & heart palpitations. If I go up to 3/4 pumps do I need to take 2 Utrogestan tablets? I'm convinced that the pump amount of Oestrogel seems to be highly variable.

I take 4 oestrogel and 1 tablet every night with no break. There's an ongoing issue with oestrogel with huge variation in dose depending on the packaging. See the recent threads on this.

Thank you @MumOfOneAwesomeHuman .
Yes, I also take the Utrogestan continuously, but I actually find it calming. I've only had an issue recently with this anxiety on the Oestrogel. I have read all the updates on this & I know there's an issue currently. I used to be on patches & had to switch due to an allergic reaction.

Upping my dose to 4 pumps helped as I had the same issue. Hoping they sort it soon.

I take 3 pumps and I tablet vaginally. Ask your doctor as they may advise for your needs and also get bloods done as could be a thyroid issue when you mention the heart palpations as had these and found out underactive thyroid. Ask for a specific antibodies text. Hope you get sorted as just when think are sorted then a few months in another issue. Wishing you well.

Thank you @Boots & @Mum.
Yes, I've also gone up to 4 squirts!
@Boots that's all good advice.
I've had Covid for the last week & I wonder whether that's affected me badly. I certainly felt awful for a few days. My heart rate is absolutely normal according to my DD ( vet!). I'll see how I feel on the higher dose & I might try two Utrogestan tablets. As that's often advised with more pumps.

Can anyone recommend a menopause expert, I’ve tried the tablets, the patches and am now on 4 pumps oestrogen and progesterone tablet, but also take the mini pill as was still getting bleeding/dried blood all
the time! I read testosterone may be an option but my GP and HRT. Nurse have not been helpful. I actually feel worse than ever, palpitations, constant hot flashes/feel like I’m in flight or fight response all
the time, have severe social anxiety (never had this before) and literally have no joy in life! I’m getting really low in mood as I can’t actually remember who I am anymore and just feel constantly unwell… has anyone else felt this way and did anything else help, I may go private but am already struggling financially as had to cut my hours at work due to constant fatigue… any advice much appreciated
