So I’ve been put in HRT today due to numerous symptoms (my insistence).
I’ve got the Estrogen patches and progesterone tablets.
I started patches straight away as I’m approx day 5 of cycle but no info from doctor re progesterone commencement other than 15 days of tablets then a break.
internet seems to suggest waiting until day 15 to start but not definitive.
im 45 so peri rather than full on menopause but so many symptoms I’ve pushed for it.
do I wait to start progesterone or go in now?
