Just started the patches a few weeks ago and put on alternate bum cheeks, however when removing them it feels like they are going to tear off my skin! Any tips on taking them off without pain please! They are so sticky

Maybe try a different spot? I put them on my hips and don’t ever feel they will tear skin.

Thank you. The doctor told me to put there so didn’t think to try elsewhere! Will give it a go!
