Has anyone else had odd symptoms after increasing their HRT dose and how long did they last? I have been on Evorel 75 patches for 2 years but last week increased to 100mg as I was starting to get symptoms again (mainly hot flashes, burning in oesophagus). It has helped the symptoms but now I feel really weird - kind of dizzy, hard to focus on my work, head spinning and I have a metallic taste in my mouth.
Is this just my body adjusting and if so how long are these symptoms likely to persist? It is really hard to work at the moment and I am wondering whether to give it longer.
