Hi im not sure if I'm perimenopauseal or menopausal but having symptoms but can I ask is leg pain another symptom I'm experiencing terrible leg pain mainly I right but can be in both

Hi, I had the same, mainly in my right leg but occasionally the other one. Kind of a wrap around pain often in my thigh and outside of my ankle. I even went to see my gp who did blood tests and mobility tests and to summarise there was nothing wrong. 2/3 years on and now on hrt and it's gone completely which is good because I was convinced I had bone cancer at one point

If I forget to apply my oestrogel, I get hip
pain. So I think it’s a thing.

I got incredible cramp in my right leg just before my period while I was in peri menopause. A hot water bottle on it alleviates it. Thankfully it seems to have become rare now I’ve been through menopause.

I get leg ache/pain in both legs which seems to stem from lower backache, it’s worse when I’ve been on my feet for a long time at work.
Have had a dodgy lower back for a good few years now but it seems to have got worse recently
