Long one, after my GP on phone consultation's only switched me between tablets, gel, patches over the years. Saturday i have a in person apt and this GP said try Elleste after i said patches keep falling off and my anxiety was horrific week before my period. I am 46 and had failed ablation surgery at 41 and the coil was also not an option unless under general. HRT seemed to be the route to help with terrible periods, terrible foggy memory (which was not good in my job as i teach ) . But now wondering if i should bother taking anything. The tablet at thr beginning i put so much weight on and only just lost it all after years. Shall i go HRT cold turkey and see what happens. The GP although lovely just kept saying to me try this but a tablet cant fix being middle aged and tired. Help!
