Dunno why I'm being coy Grin

Anyway it's not thrush or anything like that - it is definitely hormonal menopausal itching and it's driving me mad at the moment

What's your go to to soothe an itchy fanny? (Put bluntly!)

Vagisil often helps, as does the Nadaya oil sometimes. I also have some oestrogen cream I think

But do you have a tried and tested remedy as none of the above are providing immediate relief right now! Is it a case of a pot of natural live yogurt or is that not a thing now?!

I had the same and bought Dr Wolff’s Vagisan which immediately helped and I haven’t had an issue since. Got it on Amazon.

The Hit Play not Pause podcast did an episode with a expert in vulvo-vaginal health about a month ago - lots of tips there on the different options to consider.

Ovestin cream. Comes with an applicator. Absolute game changer. Think it’s prescription only but no reason why your GP wouldn’t prescribe it.

Ovestin changed my life. X

Estriol cream with applicator on prescription has relived the itching and dryness I suffered with. I kept using Vagisil not realising it was a lack of oestrogen causing my symptoms.
