Just looking for a bit of advice and a virtual arm round if anyone's feeling up for comforting a random stranger

Periods went a bit wacky last sept for a couple of months, came every two weeks until the beginning of November. Then went back to normal for the last five but now gone back to every two weeks. Some months really sore boobs for two weeks some months nothing. Perimenopause?

Could really do with advice that yes that's what it is as have so much else going on, don't have the capacity to deal with anything else. My Dad is in a nursing home following two strokes but is now on palliative care for cancer, my Mum has dementia symptoms.

Feel permanently sad but thought that was just because of my circumstances.

Don't sleep but again thought that was due to what's going on.

Short fuse a permenant thing.

Any advice gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance.

@YorkshireLass7676 , I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this while going through menopause. I get it, I can't sleep at all and am hyper one minute and exhausted the next. It really is a minefield.🤗🤗🤗

Yes it sounds like you could be. You really need to have a chat with your GP and get on the HRT. It helped hugely with my sleep, which in turn hells with everything else.
