I get really tired, my sinuses feel overloaded, I get a little dizzy at times, I get angry easily, I hate lots of noise.

It's utterly confusing

@shakeitoffsis a Dr has suggested it could be migraines - a headache isn't needed. This is based on my bloods being fine and hormones could be a trigger. I have explored hormones a bit and I'd asked for alternative possibilities. I find antihistamines can help despite no mucus. He suggested trying migraine medicines to see if it helps and in my case upping my water uptake.
