what exercise has helped you with symptoms?

MId 50s, have had to come off HRT for various reason. So hot flushes and insomnia are back and night sweats (those aren't too bad...).

I'm trying to do weights 3 times a week in a circuit type class. I walk a fair amount. I'm 2 stone over weight. But lost a stone recently...

Exercise is supposed to help - what has helped you?
