Evoriel Conti Side effects share please!

Hi, I'm on evorel conti HRT patches and getting strange needling pains in my boobs, anyone else? Also general meh mood, not depressed more CBA about anything it's not like me. Anyone else had this or other symptoms? What do you do? Live with it or change HRT?

How long have you been on them for? As it can take a while to settle down

Nothing major. Feeling meh not out of the ordinary for me...
Very pleased with the lack of joint pain for most of the month, slightly less good on the week's with progesterone. Fed up with still having periods though.

Well, in general I'm better on Conti than with Sequi or no HRT. Buuuut... I've started spotting again (goes on for weeks then stops for a month or two), and I'm still really irritable/angry sometimes. Really need to be on bio-identical progesterone rather than the progestins that are in the patches but GP doesn't agree.

I've been on it for 6 months now. Sounds like my symptoms aren't as bad as others! I've hit an appointment with the dr next week to yak through. It's not easy being a woman!

Are you taking something else instead?

It could be that you need to increase the dose as Conti only comes in 50mg which is quite low.

I found my menopause symptoms kept arriving so have gradually increased to 100mg. For example vaginal atrophy only appeared 5 years post menopause which an increase in dose has helped. So this could be your symptoms increasing rather than a side effect.
