i’ve just started taking Utrogestan ( 2 days in) and I’m feeling really anxious, but I was worrying about taking it for the week before, and I think I’m convinced myself it’s causing anxiety hence I’m anxious!! Has anyone else feel like this?

I had really ridiculous anxiety during the menopause total overreated about everything I was convinced my HRT was making my heart race it wasn't I was checked over. anyway it more than likely you have worked yourself up into a tizz, obviously if you are not feeling right in a day or so get yourself to you'd Gp.

Sometimes I make myself very anxious for taking hrt. I feel that something wrong will happen, cancer, blood clots etc. Sometimes I cannot control my fear.

You're just a bit worried at the moment, that's all. Perfectly normal when you start taking a medication and don't know what to expect.

I started hrt 7 years ago but my fear remains the same. Maybe sometimes I fear more because of the long time I take hormones. I started at 42.
