I’m a lot overweight, due to a combination of illness/lack of movement and recovery from disordered eating.

I would like to lose weight but I feel it’s an impossibility. I cannot exercise anymore due to chronic illness. I can’t fast because it triggers migraines. I can’t low carb as my body seems to work better WITH carbs and protein doesn’t make me as full as it seems to make everyone else. Like an omelette for lunch leaves me really hungry shortly after! And I have IBS so fruit and vegetables can cause me issues, as much as I love them.

I’m 48, in peri, obviously not active but want to feel better.

Am I destined to stay this way forever?! Can anyone recommend anything please. Thank you.
