Bleeding again

Hi
No period for 8 months from beginning of October 22 to beginning of June 23
then one period
Okay, reset the clock again.
No period for 8 months from beginning of July 23 to now.
Bleeding now.
Ironically, I've just collected 3 months of HRT patches.
When do I start using them or don't I?
Any advice thanks x

I would start patches it says for irregular periods to start anytime x

Thanks Christine. I'll see what happens. Not sure what I'm hoping for tbh.
GP was quite firm that if depressed, HRT isn't the right thing but citalopram wasn't either. I guess I'm hoping for a magic bullet that only good quality sleep, rest and recuperation would bring. Thank you so much for responding though Appreciated x

I can tell you are really struggling. Have you tried doing more exercise? It really helped with my symptoms. It's difficult for me to find the energy however the pay off in terms of better sleep keeps me going

@Dostadning you can only try HRT and give it a good few months, there are different regimes too so the first does not work or feel right it can be tweaked. What patches have you got? Are they combined patches or
do you have separate progesterone? X
