Has anybody experienced any good changes from menopause?
Ive noticed some changes in my tastes (maybe its just an age thing though!). All my life I have hated mushrooms and peppers, even the smallest hint would make me heave, but in the last few years Ive suddenly become their biggest fan and now eat them with everything!
Also its really affected my binge eating. I used to go through monthly cycles of extreme binge eating...then guilt and depression, and so on and so on. But since starting peri I dont get the urge to binge eat! It used to be so bad I would feel like a totally different person for a week or two a month but honestly I feel much more stable and even keeled now.
So has anybody else found a positive!?
