Just received oestrogel used it on inner thigh last night before bed but some say don't rub it in as it doesn't absorb well also decided on inner thigh as I thought arms would be too near to breasts also as I do early morning cleaning and have my shower mid afternoon should I put it on after showering instead as if I put it on at night it wouldn't be 24 hours before I wash

Have a check on the leaflet in the box, but I think it says (or used to) allow an hour before showering after application.

You should try to apply it at the same time of day - can be any time of the day - but you can swim, shower, etc an hour afterwards.
