Procrastination? Anyone else?

Feeling overwhelmed and putting off quite simple tasks and decisions. Ball of anxiety in my stomach.

It’s not too debilitating (yet)and it’s not at work. It’s more home stuff, organising events to do with family/ organising house renovations. Even putting away the ironing can feel like a big deal after a day at work. Anyone else? I wonder if it’s weather related too. Dark days.

Yes get this too and have plans to get so much done and sometimes struggle. Try to do just one or two things daily and do not be so hard on yourself. Also if you are feeling really tired get thyroid checked and ask for antibodies test. I had underactive thyroid for years so root of my lack of energy. Look after yourself and just do what you can.

That’s such a kind message @BOOTS52PollyPrissyPants thanks.

I have ordered some red clover and menopause supplements that seem to help some people with anxiety. So I hope they help. I am really active - work, gym, running etc.. but when I sit down or go home it all goes out of the window!

I hope that you have a good weekend.
