Unwanted break on Everol Sequi and what to do now

I had a bit of a mare recently whereby I ran out of my patches (Everol Sequi) & for some reason couldn't order a repeat prescription on the NHS app this time so had to call the GP surgery which is a pain as I couldn't get through, I eventually decided to email them. The next day they contacted me to advise I needed to have my blood pressure and weight checked and confirm if I was a smoker. I confirmed I was not a smoker, gave them my weight and blood pressure reading over a further email and the prescription was sent. I asked if the app could be updated so I could do this on there again and could I have more than 2 months supply.
48hr later I got a message to say that it was ready to collect from my local boots which was at 5:10pm on a Saturday, they close at 5:30pm and I couldn't get there on time, also closed Sundays so had to wait until yesterday to get them.

Has anyone had any experience with having a few days break? I don't know what to do in terms of do I just stick one on and carry on or wait until I have a period as per the instructions?

What I don't want to do is mess up my system further as symptoms are creeping back to pre HRT, palpitations, night sweats, flushes, joint pains.

The app hasn't been updated either and I've got 2 packs only again. Angry

Just stick one back on asap. I wouldn't stress about a few days
