Anyone else have spotting on Vagifem ?

I started vagifem about 5 or 6 weeks ago. 2 weeks loading dose and then twice a week.
With the last two doses I’ve had very light spotting the next day. Is this quite common ?
(oh and as I’m asking - a lot of the pessary seems to come out the next day as bright white discharge… is that right ?)

I've had it about the same amount of time but I am still having periods as normal so no spotting here.
I haven't seen any signs of the pessary once it's in, no residue at all.

Sorry I should have said - it's at least two years since my last period.

That's interesting that you aren't getting the discharge from the pessary (I'm guessing that's what is - don't get it on other days.) Maybe I'm not absorbing it all fully at the moment.

Anyone else ?

I'm wondering whether you are quite dry up there and hence some of the pessary is coming out the next day. It might be worth using a vaginal moisturiser a couple of hours before you insert the pessary to see if that makes a difference.

I don't know about the spotting I'm afraid.
