Hi does anyone know how long what the shelf life is once opened please ?

I don't think being opened makes any difference (it doesn't say so on the packaging.)

You might find there is a date on one end of the tube - the end away from the cap- in very tiny print embossed into the metal.

Otherwise, the use by date used to be on the cardboard carton if you have that.

I can check but I think it's 2 years.

Yep- there is a date on the end of the tube showing the month and the year.
One side of the tube has the batch number and the other has the expiry date.
It has the words 'expiry date' on the bottom of the tube.

The expiry date will be the same if it's opened or not. There is no instruction to say that opening it affects the contents.
