Feeling teary like when you were pregnant?

I was at parents evening yday and became overwhelmed and teared up, talking about my DD
It happened twice with 2 teachers
I was mortified
Is this hormones or am I going mad?

Probably hormones. I was terrible when I was pregnant (and to be fair it never went away) and when I first thought I was Peri I was definitely much more tearful than usual. Hormones are a bugger at whatever age you are.
