Looking for advice please.... Last year I had a hospital appointment as sex was becoming impossible due to pain (not dryness). Doctor said my old episiotomy scars had 'shrunk'. She didn't think surgery was necessary and recommended a call back to see nurses for using dilators to stretch the area. I'm still waiting for a call back! I can see you can buy dilators online, but wondered if anyone else had done so and can recommend a good brand to use. The situation is getting worse every day so I'm reluctant to keep waiting for hospital appointment.
