Does it really matter? Some info says 12-14 days . Which one is it ?
12 or 14?

I was told 12: day 15-26.

12 is the norm. 14 is for women who find they need more progesterone to help prevent a heavier withdrawal bleed.

You can also move away from the Day 15 thing, as it's easier to do it for 12 days from the 1st of each month. This is what my consultant suggests.

Whatever you do, don't try to follow your own cycle as it won't be regular.
