Hi everyone
I’m after some advice and hopefully reassurance! I’m 35 (36 next week) and over the last year or so I’ve noticed my periods get shorter and lighter with cycles being closer together. This month has been the worst by far, it’s been a 26day cycle with just spotting at most - i don’t even need a tampon for day one of AF. I’ve been tracking my ovulation as ttc and haven’t had a positive reading yet over the last few months. I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow to check bloods for progesterone levels but I’m feeling so deflated about it. We have one 4 year old son and I’ve always dreamed of giving him a sibling - we just couldn’t do it earlier because of cost of living, and he was born at 30 weeks so a lot of emotional trauma with that too. I just never thought I’d be questioning my fertility In my mid 30s. A positive stories are greatly welcome!

Please see The Daisy Network website and read their information on premature menopause.

You should see your GP and start some tests, including an AMH one for your egg reserve.
