Utrogestan question, probably a bit stupid

So, I have been taking the oestrogen gel and Utrogestan for 12/14 days in the month but I'm actually post menopausal and don't like the breakthrough bleeding . I've decided to go onto taking Utrogestan every day . It's my last day of progesterone today .
Do I just go onto the daily dose straight away? Do I need any break in the Utrogestan ?
Thanks.

You don’t need a break but you may find you do have a bleed as your body settles down on the new dose. Or you could stop it for your 14-16days have your bleed then start it everyday afterwards might help prevent irregular bleeding x

@Christine0708 ah yes I see so just go onto my regular oestrogen only for 14 days - that makes sense thanks - as I will have got my bleed out of the way .

@doyouwanticewiththat You have to use estrogen every day. And Utrogestan 100mgs every day. This is the bleed-free version.

@JinglingSpringbells so last night was the last night of my 200 mg, so should I just go onto the once-a-day those from tonight? Without waiting for the bleed

I changed to continuous as you can do so after been on hrt a year. I take 1 tablet daily vaginally as less side effects and 2/3 pumps of oestrogel daily. The first few months may get 2 bleeds a month and spotting but then it will settle down, feel so much better on this as no big surge of hormones so more balanced.
