Is having a hot face a sign of menopause.
Ive been getting it on and off just all of a sudden i get a really hot face red looks like ive been sunburned then its gone after 15 minutes.
Just randomly throughout the day.
Then theres the brain fog or im about to say something then forget the word.
Forgetting things as become my normal.
And the onset of migraines i would only have them once a year if that now i get them throughout the month.
The tiredness that comes in the afternoon i just want to crash out then im fine an hour later.
Itchy skin i can scratch for england legs arms head back then that will calm down then start again at some point.
Periods never on time sometimes 2 in a month.
Ive been to the doctors and got fobbed off im far to young im 37.
After almost a year of the above i finally got a doctor that listened to me and sent me for bloods results due on monday.

Sounds like the menopause or in your case Peri-menopause. I didn't suffer with Peri but by god did it hit me when it was full blown. My periods stopped totally around 50 and I thought I'd got away with it but nope. I had it bad. Everything.
Glad you're getting blood tests as that will put your mind at rest and the Dr can advise accordingly.

Sounds like the perimenopause, I also discovered during perimenopause I had rosacea, which when I get hot or angry can show as patches of what looks like sunburn and it's painful .

I did ask the specialist if my onset of rosacea was due to the menopause he said it's hard to tell as it common for people to get it later in life, so hard to link the two.

If you think it's perimenopause the balance app is very useful, also when you join ask you to select from a list what symptoms you have, it's an eye opener, for example explained my constant headache.

Great you have a doctor that listens.
