Should I be worried?

Hopefully I'm overreacting.

I started on HRT just over a week ago. My breasts have become very tender but I was expecting that. However my left nipple has started producing a white discharge.

A little background... I went through the menopause about 7 years ago, not pleasant & went to GP to ask for HRT (my sister had been singing its praises for a while). He refused and told me to take Black Cohosh. I struggled on with the usual sweats, anxiety etc. Then my right nipple retracted. I had tests & all ok apparently a side effect from breast feeding. A year or so later the other one did the same. I tried some training things off the internet but they were agony so binned.

So is this discharge to do with the inverted nipple or a reaction the HRT? Interested to hear if anyone else has had this.

Thank you.
