For Menopause?
Hello, this will have been asked a thousand times before I'm sure but I'm wondering if I'm going through Menopause or about to, based on your experiences:
I'm 45 (46 in June).
I still have regular periods, 24 cycles
Last few were heavier than normal.
But other symptoms like aches and back pain.
Feeling dizzy like I've just been spun around a few times.
Crying one minute, feeling better the next.
Anxiety
Brain fog.
Feeling helpless, sad.

Today has been quite bad and I'm concerned I'm heading into menopause. I still have young kids under 6 and want to be active and happy for them.

Can anything help me? Vitamins you recommend? Foods?

I would say see your GP now, menopause can be diagnosed from 45 years without blood tests and you have classic symptoms. An early appointment will reveal if your GP is enlightened or not - if they offer antidepressants find another GP. Have a good think about whether you want to consider HRT or not.
